This article outlines the steps involved to pass down Track Events to Reseller Adopt Accounts. Passing down Track Events allows Adopt Managers to decide which Track Events their customers should have access to for Segmentation and analytics.
A Track Event is a specific type of event that you can configure to gain insights into user interactions within your app. Track Events programmatically notify Pendo that a particular action occurred at a specific time and associate this event to a designated visitor. Pendo supports up to 5,000 different named Track Events per Pendo app.
Track Events can take the form of both server and client side, and they capture interactions that aren't automatically captured as Feature click events or Page load events.

Track Event Configuration
1. Open your Adopt Settings from the settings navigation.
2. Click on the Configure Analytics tab.
Partner accounts that have not set up their Track Events will see an empty table with a large "+ Manage Track Events” button. You can either click there or the top right of the table to begin managing Track Events.
3. Select the Track Events you wish to pass down to your Reseller Adopt Accounts. You can either select all Track Events by clicking the empty box next to the Name header title, or select individual Track Events. You can also filter track Events by Product Areas.
Once you've selected your desired Track Events, click the Publish button on the bottom right corner of the page.
Now your Track Events will be published to all of your Reseller Adopt Accounts.
Removing Track Events
In the event you do need to remove Track Events that have been published to your customers, simply:
1. Click the Manage Pages link in the top right corner of the Track Events table.
2. Deselect the Track Events you intend to remove and click on the Continue button to finish removing the pages.
3. Once you click Publish you will encounter a loading screen. Underneath the Track Events Updated modal, you will see a message, "Successfully updated X of X Track “Events. This will let you know that your Track Events were successfully deleted.
Warning: It is recommended to not remove a Track Event that has already been published as your Reseller Adopt customers may have created segments or paths using those Track Events. It is better to start small and add more Track Events as needed.
