The Track Events Tab gives you insight into all the Track events that have been triggered by users in your application. The Track Event list view also provides a list of all the inherited Track Events from the vendor.
Filter Options
Similar to other main areas of Reseller Adopt, you have some quick filter options to narrow down what data you're viewing:
1. Segment: You can sort users by which browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) they are using, the time since their first visit (<30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, >30 days), by everyone, or create a custom segment.
2. Date Range: Specify the custom date range you desire.
3. Application: Filter the data based on the application
4. Search: Use the search bar to easily find your existing Track events. This is particularly helpful if you have dozens of Track Events and want to quickly filter through them.
Columns
Below the filter options, you will see a table. Each of these columns can be filtered in ascending or descending order.
- Track Events Tab
- Track Event Name: name of the Track Events.
- Type: this column will list all Track Events as "inherited" since they are being passed down from the Partner.
- Application: List the application that the Track Event is applicable too
- Number of Visitors: total number of unique visitors that have triggered the Track Event within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page.
- Number of Track Events: total number of Track Events captured from all visitors within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page. Try sorting this column to see which Track Events have been triggered the most by your visitors.
You can manage the columns by clicking the button and decide what you want to view and the order in which those columns appear.
Tip: To make viewing the Track Events table easier, try removing the Type column since it will always say "inherited." Additionally, if the Partner has not added a description, that column can be removed from view as well.
Export Data
To export the displayed Track Event data from this page, click on the button (1). This will provide you with a CSV file of your data. The columns in your download will match the columns in your table and respect the segment and date range you applied.
