New Languages for Localization
Additional languages are now supported in Localization. New languages include: Malagasy, Icelandic, Zulu Creole, Mongolian, South African, and more. See Localization Feature in Guides.
Responsive Guides
You can design your guides to be responsive. When viewing a guide in a browser window, the layout adjusts to the screen of the device it's viewed from. See Create a Responsive Guide.
Updates to Launch a Guide
Specify which step to a launch to when creating "Launch a Guide" buttons and leverage new guide steps permalinks, giving you control over what paths to lead your users through and the ability to fine tune your guide experience. See Guide Button Actions.

New Roles and Permissions
Updated roles and permissions allow more granular control when assigning roles to users. New roles include Guide Editor, Guide Publisher, Analyst, etc. See Roles and Permissions.
Guides: Tagged Features
Now, you can target already tagged features for in-app guides, without having to spend a lot of time and effort creating CSS element path rules. As well as use ARIA labels for notifications in the Resource Center. Additionally, we now provide video support for Microsoft Stream (classic) and Sharepoint.
User Interface Text Updates
Application-level user permission text updates for Guide Publisher, Guide Content Editor, Guide Creator permission will no longer reference "Guides includes NPS"
Adopt Settings will remove the "Teams" tab and "Users" Tab

Journey Insights
Your customers can leverage Journeys to understand how users navigate through applications to complete tasks. Now, Journey insights will highlight potential inefficiencies and display suggestions on how to alleviate them. As a result, your customers will be able to analyze Journeys with increased focus and make process improvement decisions faster, with less effort. See Workflows -> Journeys.
Anonymous Visitors in Adopt
In the past, the Adopt experience was primarily centered around previously identified users. Now, your customers are empowered to leverage the potential of anonymous visitors data, too. Rather than discarding this data, your customers can analyze behavioral patters of these anonymous visitors in addition to identified visitors, This enhancement will enable your customers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of behavioral analytics across a wider range of end users. Guides Display Alerts
Adopt accounts will have access to a Guide Alerts tab so that they can gain confidence their guides are being delivered to users. IN this tab, they'll have access to see which guides might be broken and use triaging tools to keep track of what neneds to be looked at vs. what they've already fixed. See Guide Display Alerts.

Show All Enabled App Data in a Single Subscription
Before, Adopt customers with multiple apps enabled for a single account, have to switch between app accounts in order to see data for each different application. After this update, Adopt customers will be able to see information about all enabled applications under a single subscription. This will allow customers to better understand a single user's journey across applications by leveraging our cross-app analytics capabilities.
